For example, once the customer orders is received, ASL will pass this to their OEM factories in China. Having informed our agent in China for commodity pick-up, this will be transferred to FTZ by air. Our customers are able to track the status of commodity from online monitoring system. 
ASL also has RMA system for exclusive customers for repair request online, inventory inquiry and replacement maintenance. They can export cargo in Free Trade Zone to save Taiwan import tax and other concerning fees upon receiving the order from their clients. During the procedure of air transportation arranged by ASL, clients can deal with ASL and easily understand all details and clear operation process based on one-stop model.

Besides, in order to offer extra work services for our customers, we have the permit of factory to make it work. We can also arrange cargoes to tax area for extra work through the application of Custom. We can even arrange some variable cargoes during change of season. Since there is limitation for some machine equipments and professional people in FTZ, ASL is in a better position of offering extra work via outside factory for cargo arrangement on as needed basis.
